RFP Response Writing and Process Managment
Summary: Learn It Systems provides programs to public, private and charter schools including academic, enrichment, special education, and professional development programs. During the peak RFP season, WSG supports Learn It's proposal team by providing RFP management, writing, and editing support for RFP response submissions. WSG supports several of Learn It's divisions including Light Street Special Education Solutions, Desert Choice Schools, and Academic Intervention. Client: Red Team Consulting Project: RFP content writing, editing, and proposal design Summary: Red Team Consulting provides proposal development consulting as well as several other services in support of government contractors. WSG supports Red Team's nationwide client base by providing writing, editing, and proposal design assistance. Client: Invo Healthcare Project: RFP project management, writing, and editing Summary: Invo delivers quality, outcomes-focused therapy services for infants, toddlers, and children, birth through 21 years of age. WSG supports the Invo proposal team during peak RFP season and provides RFP management, content writing, and editing services. Academic Research, Writing, and Editing Summary: One-to-One Institute is a national non-profit that works with districts and school to implement and study the impacts of one-to-one technology in K-12 settings. The organization's core research team wrote a series of briefs and a legislative guide and requested WSG edit and provide writing guidance for the documents. WSG applied the organization's style guide and citation guidelines in order to create a consistent format and voice across the documents. Client: Educators for Excellence Project: Op-Ed Writing Assistance Summary: Educators for Excellence focuses on ensuring that teachers have a leading voice in the policies that impact their students and profession. In 2017, the organization sponsored legislation aimed at strengthening the tenure process in California, and enlisted WSG to help teachers write Op-Eds in support of the legislation. Working directly with teachers and the organization, WSG crafted several Op-Eds which were selected for publication in Education Post, LA School Report, and La Opinion. Client: Showbie Project: Case Studies which capture the product's success Summary: Showbie is K-12 classroom app that helps teachers, students, and parents stay connected. As the company grew and gained more users, Showbie wanted to showcase app's success as well as how schools were using it in different ways. Showbie hired WSG to write WSG interviewed school leaders, teachers, and staff and wrote eight case studies now published on Showbie's website. View the project here. Client: Pre-Seed Workshop Project: Stories that capture the experience of workshop graduates Summary: Pre-Seed Workshop promotes entrepreneurial success worldwide with their workshop program. The company wanted to showcase how program graduates succeed after the workshop. Writing Solutions Group interviewed program graduates, wrote content for the stories, and oversaw the web design and online publication. View the project here. Client: Donor Point Marketing Project: Website bios that reflect the company culture Summary: Donor Point Marketing is a fun, creative group of fundraising professionals that needed company bios that showcased their company culture.
